Your Change to Change a Life
In May, RiteCare Spokane celebrates "Better Speech and Hearing Month" which is sponsored nationwide by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. Information regarding speech and language development and communication disorders is readily available, as well as information regarding the services offered through RiteCare Spokane.
At that time, RiteCare Spokane also kicks off its annual community campaign, "Your Change to Change a Life" fundraiser. For this event, RiteCare "Mason jars" are provided to local businesses, who display them in areas where others might donate their extra change to help RiteCare kids. Accompanying flyers serve to educate our community about the significant need for speech-language therapy services in our local area.
