About Us
RiteCare Spokane offers free, individualized speech therapy services to children of the Inland Northwest between the ages of 2 and 7. We specialize in educating parents so they can help their children succeed, whether their children are enrolled in services at RiteCare, are on our waiting list, or are receiving speech therapy elsewhere in the community.
RiteCare Spokane gives parents a place to turn to when all else fails in helping their children communicate. RiteCare families are often underserved by traditional therapy options. While these children may have severe communication delays, they may not be considered delayed enough to receive school services, or they may not have a medical diagnosis that allows them access to insurance benefits. Many come from working and middle income families whose insurance does not cover the level of intensity necessary to make steady improvements.
For those reasons, RiteCare Spokane is committed to providing the programs and services necessary to help parents take an active role in encouraging their child’s ability to communicate and succeed.
RiteCare Spokane is a nonprofit affiliate of RiteCare of Washington, founded and supported by the Scottish Rite Masons.
